Job Overview Xanadu Builders is seeking a driven, experienced, and versatile Site Superintendent to oversee a variety of out-of-state commercial and residential construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to manage jobs from cradle to grave, representing our company on-site and coordinating with clients and subcontractors. You'll travel nationwide to project locations, staying for up to two months at a time to ensure the successful execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities - Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for contractors and clients
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction projects nationwide
- Ensure site safety, schedule adherence, and quality control
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Perform light carpentry work and assist with other trades as needed
- Document progress and communicate daily job status to project managers
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Address and resolve issues on-site in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with project specifications and building codes
- Represent Xanadu Builders with professionalism at all times
Qualifications - 5+ years of construction field experience (commercial and residential)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Carpentry skills required; plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time and remain on location for up to 2 months
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends
- Must be a non-smoker

Work Schedule Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as project needs arise.
Work Location: This is a 100% travel role. Projects are located across the United States, with typical on-site stays lasting up to 2 months.
