Business Analyst (2 Open Roles) – Gaming & Lottery Solutions

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience and strong communication skills? We’re expanding our team and looking for two talented professionals who excel at eliciting and documenting both functional and system requirements.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation of new gaming and lottery systems. You'll work closely with internal technical teams and external clients to ensure our systems are configured and developed to meet client requirements.

We’re specifically looking for individuals with experience writing detailed functional and technical documentation, including API specifications. These documents will serve as a critical foundation for our development process and will require both internal review and external client sign-off.

Experience in the gaming, lottery, or sports betting industry is highly preferred and will help you hit the ground running in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather and define requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical documentation
• Produce high-quality documentation for internal development and client approval
• Support strategic planning while executing day-to-day requirements activities
• Participate in solution design reviews and project meetings
• Ask insightful questions to clarify and refine requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail—grammar, spelling, and clarity matter
• Proactive, assertive personality with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work both strategically and tactically
• Experience documenting APIs or working closely with technical teams
• Gaming, lottery, or sports betting industry experience is a big plus

Additional Details

• Full-time role with comprehensive benefits (including 401(k) with match)
• Prefer candidates in the Atlanta area , but open to remote candidates in EST or CST time zones
• Work hours align with Eastern Time (EST)
