The Production Pharmacist is responsible for providing sterile compounded products to patients and other customers in compliance with USP 797 & 800, ASHP guidelines, and Infusion Pharmacy policies. This role supports the development and implementation of a safe, functional, and patient-centered pharmacy and infusion service under the direction of the Infusion Pharmacy Director and Director of Specialty Infusion Services. The Production Pharmacist oversees infusion production technicians, coordinates delivery schedules, and manages workflow in collaboration with clinical technicians and warehouse personnel. Additionally, this position ensures that all infusion production operations follow established policies, procedures, and USP 797 & 800 guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum $41.09/hour - Maximum $74.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
