M3 Transport Solutions is hiring reliable, on-call delivery drivers in the Miami area. This is an on-demand position — perfect for drivers who want flexible work and fast pay. You’ll use your own vehicle to complete assigned routes, delivering packages and meeting time-sensitive delivery windows.

• Complete delivery routes as assigned (varies day to day)
• Use your own vehicle for local deliveries
• Communicate with dispatch and follow instructions promptly
• Deliver packages professionally and efficiently

Requirements :
• Valid driver’s license & insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle (in good condition)
• Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions
• Smartphone required (for routing and tracking)
• Prior delivery experience is a plus, but not required
