Each person works 3 full days per week (11.5 hours/day).
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Expert Medical Oversight: Offer the highest standard of medical oversight for disability cases and facilitate smooth return-to-work protocols.
• Personalized Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of our employees.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with local resources and healthcare providers to ensure seamless and comprehensive care for our team members.
• Results Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews for annual health assessments, providing valuable insights for employee well-being.
• Collaboration with EHS Team: Work closely with our Environmental Health and Safety team to enhance employee health and safety measures.
Qualifications:
•Nurse with a valid license in Colorado/USA.
• 5 years of experience in Family/General/Occupational Health
• Strong knowledge of disability management and return-to-work protocols
• Proven ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
