Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team on a W2 contract basis . In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support project initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in business analysis while working in a collaborative environment.



Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in analyzing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the development of functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Business).
• Help with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and testing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Basic knowledge of SQL, JIRA, or Power BI is beneficial but not required.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card Holder, or hold an active H4 EAD/GC EAD .
• This is a W2 contract position (no C2C).

Work Arrangement:
