Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean work area.
• Stock and replenish kitchen supplies as needed.
• Keep dishwashing and storage areas organized.
• Assist kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper chemical use.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with coworkers.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Required food certification.
