Design Director Womens Fashion
Portfolio Required. This role is onsite in our New York office.

As a Design Director of Womens Fashion, you will be responsible for creating designs exclusively for Private Brands and develop trend strategies that support the Walmart Apparel Strategic Business Unit (SBU) merchandising goals. You will assure that Walmarts private brand DNA/guidelines, trends, aesthetic/style, quality and value all support the customers needs and lead the market. You will be responsible for setting the brands seasonal fashion direction and align with broader Walmart strategies. You'll help ensure merchant leadership is aligned with the creative direction and assortment.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
