About the Role:

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and system optimizations for clients. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, configure Business Central solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Business Central implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
* Work with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure the system.
* Provide end-user training and ongoing support post-implementation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance.
* Collaborate with development teams for customizations, integrations, and third-party applications.
* Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience is a plus).
* Strong knowledge of Business Central modules, workflows, and configurations.
* Experience with data migration, system testing, and post-go-live support.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
* Experience with Power Platform, APIs, and third-party integrations is a plus.
* Microsoft certifications in Business Central are preferred.
